
M*A*S*H {MASH}: LOVE STORY (TV)
Summary
One in this series of comedy programs about the men and women of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M*A*S*H) stationed behind the lines during the Korean War. In this episode, Radar is inconsolable when he gets a "Dear John" message from his hometown fiancŽe. Hawkeye and Trapper John try to find him a date in order to get his mind off his troubles, but soon this is not necessary because Radar falls for Lt. Louise Anderson, a visiting nurse with a passion for classical music and the great books. Later, when Margaret Houlihan insists to Henry Blake that the budding romance be broken up -- citing army regulations about enlisted personnel consorting with officers -- Hawkeye and Trapper play a series of practical jokes on Margaret and her clandestine lover Frank in order to get her to relent. Commercials deleted.
