MARTIN: WEDDING BELL BLUES {PART 1 OF 2} (TV)
Summary
Part one of a two-part episode in this comedy series about Martin Payne, a sexist, wise-cracking radio talk-show host for WZUP in Detroit, Michigan, which is based on a character Martin Lawrence created in his stand-up comedy routine. In part one, Gina and Martin prepare for their wedding, but find that the ceremony may not be as blissful as they had thought when the following events occur: Gina discovers that the only hairdresser available to style her hair for the wedding is Sheneneh; Martin is aghast when he discovers that his mother invited every single member of the Payne clan; the Waters and the Paynes fight incessantly; and Martin's mother makes a spectacle of herself at the wedding rehearsal in church. Commercials deleted.
