GENERAL HOSPITAL {LUKE AND JENNIFER'S WEDDING} (TV)

Summary

One in this series of daytime serial dramas centering on the professional and private lives of the doctors and nurses at General Hospital. In this episode, Luke is preparing for his wedding to Jennifer, the daughter of the Mafia-connected Frank Smith, on Frank's yacht. Scotty finds a letter Laura wrote to Luke about her rape, which names Luke as the rapist. Scotty believes Laura has been having an affair with Luke because of the content of the letter. Laura tries to explain the situation to Scotty, but he refuses to listen and vows to get back at Luke. Hours before the wedding ceremony, Frank and Luke discuss some business regarding Luke's future. Luke won't give in to Frank's demands and reveals some information that may affect Frank. Scotty shows up and attacks Luke. During the scuffle, Luke gets knocked overboard and doesn't resurface. Commercials deleted.
