Summary
One in this darkly comic, dramatic series centering around the crime empire and family life of Tony Soprano, a modern-day Mafia boss. In this episode, Big Pussy shows up at Tony's house after a long and unexplained absence. Pussy claims he was in therapy in Puerto Rico, and Tony believes him after Paulie checks on it. Matt and Sean beat up one of the brokers at Christopher's firm for giving honest advice to a client, and Tony reprimands them for their reckless behavior. Tony's sister Janice shows up unexpectedly from Seattle, claiming she's in town to help their ailing mother. Her presence inspires Tony to organize a family reunion with his other sister Barbara and Carmela's parents and family. Meanwhile, Tony wants to sell his mother's old house, and Meadow accompanies Janice to visit her grandmother in the hospital. Out driving, Tony's vision goes blurry and he passes out, crashing the car. A new therapist refuses to accept the infamous Tony Soprano as a client, so Tony practically begs Dr. Melfi to take him back.
