Summary
The premiere in this series of live late-night talk shows hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. This program, co-hosted by rapper Snoop Dogg, includes the following guests: movie star George Clooney, Super Bowl champion Warren Sapp, and rock band Coldplay. Kimmel opens with a monologue in which he jokes about the future of his program; comments on his producer's partying ways; pokes fun at Arnold Schwarzenegger's Super Bowl pre-game comments; and introduces Snoop Dogg. The first guest is new director Clooney who discusses meeting Snoop along with Tupac Shakur in Cabo San Lucas, what words you aren't allowed to say on television, and making his directorial debut with "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind." Next, Sapp, winner of the Super Bowl just two hours previous, is helicoptered onto the roof of the studio. He discusses winning the Super Bowl, his "mean look," how good it feels to sack a quarterback, and Oakland Raiders fans. In the final segment, outside the studio, Coldplay performs their hit "Clocks." Includes commercials. This program is closed-captioned.
