HALLMARK HALL OF FAME: GIVE US BARABBAS! (TV)

Summary

One in this series of dramas presented by Hallmark. This installment details the transformation of thief and murderer Barabbas after an angry mob decides that he should live and Jesus should die. Barabbas welcomes his freedom but cannot return to his former dissolute life in the thieves' quarter. His associates suspect that he was freed because he became an informant and betrayed them. Once they cast him from their circle, Barabbas is left alone with his conscience and a quest to learn more about the man who was crucified in his place. Includes commercials.
