A final report by Harry Reasoner concerns California consumer advocate Sylvia Siegel and the impact of her efforts to lower utility rates. Andy Rooney gives a "play-by play" assessment of a debate between President Ronald Reagan and former Vice-President Walter Mondale, the 1984 Democratic candidate for President. Includes commercials, one of which features Dom DeLuise for NCR personal computers.
