FATHER KNOWS BEST: FAMILY REUNION (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about the Anderson family -- Jim and Margaret and their children Betty, Bud, and Kathy. In this episode, Margaret announces that her family's yearly reunion at Lemon Falls will be held the next day. One by one, Jim, Betty, and Bud come up with excuses why they cannot attend this year's reunion. When Margaret catches the three of them and Kathy mocking her relatives, she becomes upset and decides not to go to the reunion at all. Cousin Ione arrives the next day for her yearly lift to the reunion, and Jim realizes that they have hurt Margaret's feelings. He apologizes to her and gathers the family together for the trip. Commercials deleted. (Network affiliation varies; this series also aired on CBS from 1954-1955, and from 1958-1960.)
