STROH'S BEER: CASTRO {ADVERTISING AGE: BEST COMMERCIALS OF 1989}
Summary
In this commercial for Stroh's Light, a voice-over has been added to footage of Fidel Castro delivering a speech. He explains that he'd like to trade Cuban cigars for a shipment of Stroh's Light, the great fire-brewed American beer, but the State Department told him "to forget about it." "We're only 90 miles away," he complains, "and we can't even get a decent beer." This commercial is a duplicate copy of AT:21987.022.
