THAT GIRL: ANATOMY OF A BLUNDER (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about Ann Marie, a young actress in New York City supporting herself with part-time jobs. In this episode, Ann invites Donald to meet her parents. Along the way, the young couple stops to have a picnic and a variety of mishaps affect the composure and appearance of Donald, who already is extremely nervous at the thought of meeting Ann's father. At the picnic, Donald steps on a bumble bee with his bare foot, has an allergic reaction to Ann's chopped liver sandwiches, and loses his contact lenses. On the drive away from the picnic ground, Donald ruins his suit when his rental car gets stuck in the mud. He no longer thinks it would be a good idea to meet Ann's father, but she seems to believe her parents will understand. Includes commercials.
