Summary
One in this comedy series about the affluent Tates and their working-class relatives, the Campbells. In this episode, Burt, who is known to the public as Sheriff Bat Campbell, plans to run for lieutenant governor, but the governor explains that he must disassociate himself from his bizarre family in order to get elected; Communists from Malaguay kidnap Jessica, but only after they help redecorate her bedroom; Jodie, who remains trapped in a past life as ninety-year-old Julius, comforts Mary, who still fears that her baby is an alien; an organized crime boss hires hoodlums to murder Sheriff Campbell; and, upon learning that Jessica will be freed if he surrenders, guerrilla leader El Puerco realizes that he must choose between the revolution he leads and the woman he loves. Includes scenes from the previous episode. Commercials deleted.
