Summary
One in this fantasy/science fiction series based on stories written by acclaimed author Ray Bradbury. In this episode, set in a Kafkaesque future, a vengeful husband sets out to eliminate his beautiful but unfaithful wife. Believing he can commit the perfect, guiltless murder, George Hill employs the services of Facsimilies Limited, a corporation which creates machine duplicates of human beings. They agree to build a copy of his wife expressly so he can have the satisfaction of killing it. His fantasy begins to unravel when he finds himself attracted to the duplicate, and becomes a nightmare when the legality of destroying machines puts his own life in peril.
