FUGITIVE, THE {ORIGINAL SERIES}: STRANGERS IN THE MIRROR (TV)
Summary
One in this series of dramas about Dr. Richard Kimble, an innocent man convicted of his wife's murder. Unable to prove his innocence, Kimble escapes en route to prison and searches for the one-armed man who he believes to be the murderer. In this episode, Kimble settles down in a small community and accepts a job as a caretaker at a boys' club run by an ex-police officer. Tony Burrell, an ex-cop who was on the force until recently, operates the boys' club to help troubled children, who remind Burrell of his own difficult past. When three local officers are brutally murdered, Burrell uses his police training to assist in the investigation. The violent slayings, one of which occurred on the grounds of the youth organization, raise suspicions about everyone who came into contact with the officers, especially Kimble, the stranger without a past.
