BOOMTOWN: HOME INVASION (TV)
Summary
One in this dramatic series, set in Los Angeles, that tells the story of a crime from several different points of view. This episode opens with a gang of men busting into the Kingsland family's spacious suburban home, sexually assaulting members of the family before eventually killing them all and mutilating their bodies. Detectives Stevens and Fearless arrive on the scene the next morning and immediately try to connect the incident to a previous, similar crime from a few weeks back. They finally find their connection in a valet parking attendant, Arnold Rabjohn, that both families used recently. Staking out Rabjohn leads the detectives to a dominatrix he frequents. She informs them of the next family, the Steins, that may be on the men's hit list. Stevens sets up a sting at the Steins's house, where terminal cancer patient Henry Stein ends up aiding in the sting's eventual success. Commercials deleted.
