Adriana Cisneros is CEO Cisneros, a third generation family owned and operated business with a global footprint and operations in Latin America and the United States.  The company has three areas of focus: Media, Interactive and Real Estate. Cisneros Media manages Venevision, Venezuela’s leading TV network as well a variety of cable channels with 25 million subscribers in Latin America. Through Cisneros Media Distribution, Cisneros Media produces content that is distributed in over 100 countries and in 12 languages. Cisneros Interactive is a leading digital ad network for mobile, online and audio serving the US Hispanic market and Latin America through Adsmovil, Redmas and AudioAd. Cisneros Real Estate develops high-end, sustainable resorts with current projects in the Dominican Republic and Colorado.

Adriana is also President of the Fundación Cisneros, the family’s educational not-for-profit organization, dedicated to improving education in Latin America. Adriana is Co-chair of Endeavor Miami, an organization that promotes high impact entrepreneurship. She is a Director and Executive Committee Member of the Board of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and a Trustee of the Paley Center for Media. Adriana is on the board of MoMA PS1 and MoMA’s Latin American acquisitions committee.  Adriana is a Henry Crown Fellow as well as Term Member at the Council of Foreign Relations and an Advisory Board Member of Y.ES and Wyncode.

Adriana is the daughter of Gustavo Cisneros, the company's Chairman and granddaughter of Diego Cisneros, who founded the business in 1929. She lives in Miami, Florida where the company is headquartered with her husband and 2 children.

Adriana holds a BA from Columbia University (2002) and a Master’s Degree in journalism from New York University (2005). She is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development (PLD – 2010).

Yannick Bolloré
Chairman and CEO, Havas

Yannick Bolloré is Chairman and CEO of the Havas Group, one of the largest communications groups in the world with revenue of 2 billion USD and more than 18000 people in 100 countries.

After graduating from Paris Dauphine University in 2001, he successfully co-founded movie production company ‘WY Productions’ (Hell, Yves Saint Laurent). In 2006, he joined his family group – the Bolloré group - to launch and develop their media division. In the space of 5 years Bolloré Media (D8,
D17) became the leading independent French TV Group and was subsequently sold to Canal+, making the Bolloré group a shareholder in Vivendi.

He then joined the Havas Group in 2011 and became CEO in 2013. He has initiated an important restructuring of the group to make it the most integrated and forward thinking of the industry. In 2015, the Bolloré Group took majority control of the Havas Group.

Yannick Bolloré was selected as a young global leader in 2008 by the World Economic Forum and has received several business distinctions and awards over the years by international associations and the economic press. He is also a Knight in the French order of Arts and Letters.

Mr. Bourkoff was named the number-one ranked cable & satellite Fixed Income analyst by Institutional Investor for seven consecutive years, and in 2005 was the first analyst to achieve the number-one ranking across equity, fixed income and hedge fund surveys in the same year. Mr. Bourkoff has also been recognized as the top broadcasting & entertainment analyst on the Wall Street Journal’s annual “Best on The Street” ranking, and by Fortune Magazine on their “40 under 40” list.

Mr. Bourkoff is a director on the boards of select private companies.  He serves as a trustee of the Foundation for Fighting Blindness, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.  Additionally, Mr. Bourkoff is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Paley Center for Media, the New York Philanthropic Advisory Board of UNICEF, the Royal Academy of Arts America Board, and Lincoln Center’s Business Advisory Council as well as the Lincoln Center Media & Entertainment Council.
Mr. Bourkoff has provided commentary on the financial markets and TMT sector on CNBC, Bloomberg, and to other media outlets.  He is also the producer of two documentary films, Out of Print and The Last Jews of Libya, both of which had their premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival.
