From Conan O'Brien to David E. Kelley to Bob Woodruff, Rick Rosen, founding partner at Endeavor, represents some of the industry's most notable clients. He has also played a vital role in the packaging and sale of such series as Alias, Malcolm in the Middle, Gilmore Girls, and Heroes. Rosen began his career working for Jonathan Dolgen at Columbia Pictures, where he honed his skills for seven years. He segued to Orion Television, quickly ascending to the rank of senior vice president of creative affairs for the network television division. In 1991, he joined International Creative Management and served as head of the television packaging department. In March 1995, Rosen joined forces with fellow ICM agents Ariel Emanuel, David Greenblatt, and Tom Strickler to become one of the founding members of Endeavor. He serves on the Strategic Planning Committee of the Association of Talent Agents; the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Leadership Academy; the Board of Directors of the Tower Cancer Research Foundation; and the Board of Governors of The Paley Center for Media. He is also the past president of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood Radio and Television Society.
