Paley Center to Livestream The Next Big Thing in Mobile Advertising on Wednesday, June 12th at 6:30pm

New York, NY June 10, 2013—According to a recent Business Insider story, the average American will soon be spending up to 16 hours a day on their mobile devices, yet companies only spend a fraction of their budgets on mobile advertising. Why? And how will that change? 

The Next Big Thing series returns to the Paley Center on June 12th with a focus on innovation in Mobile Advertising. This event will be streamed live with our partners at FORA.tv. Sponsored by Keep Holdings, the Next Big Thing series introduces emerging entrepreneurs to the Paley Center's community of industry leaders.

The Next Big Thing in Mobile Advertising will include a panel of senior executives and decision-makers discussing the latest developments in mobile advertising, followed by presentations and product demos from innovative companies in the field.

The program and live stream begin at 6:30pm, with a brief presentation by Laura Simpson, Global Director, McCann Truth Central called "The Truth about Mobile Advertising."   The following session will feature Jon Kaplan, Managing Director, US Sales, Google Inc.; Chia Chen, SVP Mobile, Digitas; and moderator Geoffrey Sands, Director and Leader, North American Media and Entertainment, McKinsey & Company in conversation about the latest developments in mobile advertising. Keep Holdings Founder, Chairman, and CEO Scott Kurnit, who will moderate as the startups pitch their company and take questions from the audience.
