Summary
The pilot episode of this series of police dramas. Sgt. Joe Friday narrates and describes this case from the log of the Los Angeles Police Department. Responding to an emergency call, Friday and Romero go to City Hall where a man threatens to explode a bomb. Friday must talk the desperate man out of his plan or somehow prevent him from carrying it out.
