HOW THE WEST WAS WON: HILLARY (TV)

Summary

One in this series of western dramas inspired by the 1963 MGM Motion Picture of the same name. In this episode, Luke Macahan tries to clear his name after being accused of the murder of a judge. Luke's neglected girlfriend, Hillary, daughter of a local sheriff, runs away with Luke in search of the judge's real killer. Eventually, believing that they have captured the criminal, the two become engaged. Uncle Zeb visits, and the "confessed killer" of the judge turns out to be a guiltless seeker of notoriety. Luke postpones his wedding day, vowing to find the real killer. Includes commercials.
