HEY ARNOLD!: WHAT'S OPERA, ARNOLD? (TV)
Summary
One in this animated series about inner-city fourth-grader Arnold and his eccentric relatives and friends from the neighborhood. In this episode, Arnold and his classmates go on a field trip to see the opera "Carmen." At first they think they are going to be bored, but when their teacher explains the exciting plot to them, they change their minds. While watching the opera, Arnold falls asleep and dreams that he and his friends are on stage as part of the action, and that he has a love scene with Ruth, the girl he likes from class. Helga also falls asleep, but in her dream she becomes Carmen and steals Arnold away from Ruth. This program is closed-captioned.
