HIGH INCIDENT: NOBODY WALKS IN EL CAMINO (TV)
Summary
One in dramatic series about the police department of El Camino, California. In this episode, murder suspect Duane Jensen stalks Marsh; Helgado and Rhoades reluctantly take on what turns out to be a very eventful assignment working with the transit authority; and Topps and Hagar argue over the latest addition to their family. Russell Topps is ecstatic after having experienced the birth of his nephew, Terry HagarÕs son. Russell is so enthralled with the new baby and with the miracle of birth that it begins to infringe on Terry and BethÕs personal life, in addition to reminding Terry that he missed his sonÕs birth. Meanwhile, Jim MarshÕs personal and professional lives are becoming intertwined, to the dismay of Sergeant Sullivan. Sullivan knows that Marsh became too involved with the JensensÕ domestic violence case, and that because of this, Duane Jensen has a vendetta against Marsh. When Jensen trashes JimÕs car, it becomes clear that the lines have been crossed and a war has begun. Jessie Helgado and Mike Rhoades are disgruntled when they are assigned to accompany a bus along its daily route. Sullivan informs them that because of accidents and violence, passengers no longer feel safe, and the transit authority has requested police presence on certain routes. On their first day on the bus, an incident takes place that turns out to be part of a larger gang turf war. Although Helgado and Rhoades try to take control of the situation before it gets out of control, two innocent people are killed. Includes commercials, promos, and public service announcements.
