SIMPSONS, THE: TWO CARS IN EVERY GARAGE AND THREE EYES ON EVERY FISH (TV)
Summary
One in this animated comedy series about the Simpsons -- Homer and Marge and their children, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. In this episode, Bart catches a three-eyed fish outside the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, which causes an uproar in the community and local press. Mr. Burns, the owner of the plant, is fined for a failed safety inspection. Burns decides to run for governor against Marge Simpson's candidate, the incumbent Gov. Mary Bailey, in order to change the state's safety standards. The Simpson household is split, and the night before the election, Burns is televised enjoying dinner with the Simpsons in order to appeal to the common voter. With the polls showing that the race is close, the dinner plays a major role in the outcome of the election. Commercials deleted.
