RUGRATS: REPTAR ON ICE; FAMILY FEUD (TV)
Summary
One in this series of animated children's programs about one-year-old Tommy Pickles and his group of baby pals, who frequently embark on mischievous adventures right under the noses of their oblivious parents. This episode features two segments, "Reptar on Ice" and "Family Feud." In "Reptar on Ice," Tommy, Phil, Lil, and Chuckie believe they have found the baby of Reptar the dinosaur. Luckily, the dinosaur is making a public appearance in the ice skating extravaganza, "Reptar on Ice." But unbeknownst to the toddlers, they have only found a small lizard. When Tommy's parents and grandfather fall asleep at the show, the babies decide to sneak onto the ice. The situation goes awry when Tommy presents Reptar with his "child" and the dinosaur responds by running away. In "Family Feud," an innocent game of charades turns into a fight between Tommy's parents and Phil and Lil's parents. First, Tommy's father calls the twins' father nasty names because he cannot guess a simple movie title. Once the twins' father storms out of the house, their mother and Tommy's mother begin arguing over their husbands' behavior. After a short while, the two couples are no longer on speaking terms. Tommy and Chuckie decide they had better mend the adults' friendships, or else they may never get to play with Phil and Lil again. Commercials deleted.
