SCRUBS: MY BALANCING ACT (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series about hospital intern J.D. Dorian, his peers, and the doctors and nurses with whom they work. In this episode, J.D. begins dating a beautiful girl named Alex, but their dates always end early because J.D. is paged by the hospital. When Dr. Kelso calls on Dr. Cox to do rounds for him, an incensed Cox addresses the fearful young doctors, encouraging them not to be so wary of the intimidating Kelso. One night, Carla and Turk have what they term "a sexual problem": Carla doesn't have an orgasm. The difference in their relationship, each realizes, is that they have now declared their love for each other. J.D. makes a difficult diagnosis but in doing so forgets a date with Alex. This time, she refuses to forgive him. Carla talks to Elliott about her "sexual problem," and Elliott reveals that she has never had an orgasm. Later, Carla opens up to Turk, and J.D. gets a surprise.
