Summary
The third season finale in this comedy series in which producer/comedian Larry David plays a slightly exaggerated version of himself who often ends up embroiled in misunderstandings and social faux pas. In this episode, the opening of Larry's problem-plagued restaurant is days away, but Larry insists on firing the chef when he feels he's been duped. In the meantime, a nasty food critic gives Larry a lead on a replacement for the chef, though he fails to tell Larry about the culinary expert's one embarrassing drawback. In the meantime, Cheryl is battling a pesky cough, never mind Jeff's foul-mouthed wife. All the elements come together on the evening of the eatery's big debut, resulting in a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone in attendance.
