Summary
The third in a series of six half-hour master classes given in January, 1979, at the Juilliard School in New York City. Tenor Luciano Pavarotti gives brief instruction to three Juilliard singers. Ronit Kalisky (soprano) sings "Una voce poco fa" from Gioacchino Rossini's opera "Il Barbiere di Siviglia (The Barber of Seville)"; Zehava Gal (mezzo-soprano) sings "Va! laisse couler mes larmes" from Jules Massenet's opera "Werther"; and Robert Briggs (bass) sings "Vecchia zimarra" from Giacomo Puccini's opera "La Boheme." Pavarotti answers questions from the audience after the second singer.
