The Detour: Preview Screening and Discussion

Road trip! Dubbed “intrinsically honest, convulsively hilarious and oddly endearing” by Newsday, The Detour returns on TBS on Tuesday, February 21, but why not watch the second-season premiere with the cast and creative team in person at the Paley Center, followed by a moderated discussion and audience Q&A? The series was created by real-life married couple/Daily Show alum Samantha Bee and Jason Jones—“making a strong bid to be anointed as the First Couple of TV comedy,” according to Variety—inspired by their own family trip experiences, and has won wide praise for its careening comedy and spot-on performances by the cast, including Jones, Natalie Zea, Liam Carroll, and Ashley Gerasimovich, all of whom will be in attendance.
