The Paley Center for Media, in Partnership with the Yes Network, Announces Its Latest PaleyLive Program The Story of My Number: An Evening with New York Yankees Legends

The World Premiere of the YES App Original Series The Story of My Number to Take Place at The Paley Museum on Monday, May 6

Following the Screening of the Premiere Episode, New York Yankees Legends Aaron Boone, Tino Martinez, and Nick Swisher Will Be Joined in Conversation by Series Host Gracie Cashman and YES Network Yankees Play-by-Play Announcer Michael Kay

New York, NY, April 11, 2024 – The Paley Center for Media announces its latest PaleyLive program, The Story of My Number: An Evening with New York Yankees Legends. The event will feature the world premiere of the YES App original series The Story of My Number, followed by a conversation with some of the most iconic names in New York Yankees history. The event will take place on Monday, May 6 at 7:30 pm at The Paley Museum.

Premiering on the YES App on May 9, The Story of My Number explores the captivating world of sports and the pivotal numbers that defined the careers of Yankees legends. Going beyond statistics by providing personal narratives that deepen the understanding of the challenges, triumphs, and measuring sticks of greatness, the series brings these numeric milestones to life with exclusive interviews, commentary, and vivid visuals.

Hosted by Gracie Cashman, the premiere episode will center on current Yankees manager and former post-season hero Aaron Boone, followed by additional episodes featuring other Yankees icons including Don Mattingly, Tino Martinez, Andy Pettitte, CC Sabathia, and Nick Swisher.

The Paley Museum will screen the premiere episode and will then gather Yankees legends Aaron Boone, Tino Martinez, Nick Swisher, and series host Gracie Cashman, for an onstage conversation with moderator and YES Network Yankees play-by-play announcer Michael Kay.

In addition to its May 9 launch on the YES App, The Story of My Number will also receive a special linear airing that evening on the YES Network immediately following YES’ Astros-Yankees post-game show. New episodes will premiere on the YES App on subsequent Thursdays. The Story of My Number was executive produced by YES Network, Eephus Entertainment, and Clickon Media, and is presented by New York Lottery.
