The Paley Center for Media Announces NBC News’ Activations for PALEYWKND! NBC Nightly News: Kids Edition with You!, Read with Jenna, and Stay Tuned with You! With a Live Appearance by Savannah Sellers

(New York, NY) – The countdown to PaleyWKND continues with The Paley Center for Media’s announcement of NBC News’ three interactive on installations Saturday, October 1 at PaleyWKND designed for kids of all ages: NBC Nightly News: Kids Edition, Read with Jenna, and Stay Tuned, featuring a live appearance by NBC News NOW anchor, Stay Tuned co-host and NBC News correspondent Savannah Sellers.
NBCU News Group’s activations are part of PaleyWKND, which is taking over 52nd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues, Saturday, October 1, and Sunday, October 2, from 9 am to 6pm, and offers audiences of all ages, interactive experiences and immersive attractions from over two dozen world-class companies, iconic media brands, and the major sports leagues. - NBC Nightly News: Kids Edition with YOU! will feature a mobile studio for young, aspiring anchors and reporters. The interactive experience offers an opportunity to practice live reporting from the field and record standups and news reports for Nightly News: Kids Edition, featuring a special pre-recorded message from NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt.
- NBC News will bring its beloved TODAY book club, Read with Jenna, to PaleyWKND, featuring exclusive reading lists for kids and book recommendations for PaleyWKND visitors.
- Stay Tuned with YOU! – inspired by NBC News’ Stay Tuned on Snapchat – will also offer a mobile studio with a live in-person anchor toss and meet-and-greet with Savannah Sellers.

The Paley Center for Media will continue to roll out announcements for PaleyWKND as they become available. PaleyWKND begins Thursday, September 29 at 6pm with a VIP Red Carpet and Opening Night Program. A press preview of the Paley Museum is available, by appointment, on Friday, September 30, followed that evening by a Paley Members-only cocktail reception at The Paley Museum.
Please note a press credential will be required by media interested in covering the Red Carpet Thursday night.
