In addition, our Paley Archive Library offers a collection of more than 1,000 television programs with closed captioning.

If you require additional accommodations, please contact Guest Services in advance or upon arrival—we are happy to assist.

Visitor policy and procedures

The health and safety of visitors and staff is our top priority. Our visitor safety guidelines will adapt for the safety of our patrons.

General Admission and Advance Timed-Entry

  • Advance purchase of timed-entry tickets is recommended for all tickets including Member tickets, so as not to exceed building capacity. However, walk-ups are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis and pending availability.

Health and Safety Guidelines for Visitors

  • If you are feeling unwell prior to entering The Paley Museum, we ask that all visitors and employees please stay home to protect yourself and others. Paley will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your visit and exchanging your tickets for another day.
  • For experiences that require touch or shared surfaces, such as video games, we ask that visitors clean their hands first using one of the hand sanitizer stations available throughout the museum.
