Summary
One in this dramatic anthology series. In this production, Eddie Doyle, a blackjack dealer in a Reno casino, connives with his friend Victor to cheat the house out of $5000 in order to pay for an operation needed by Eddie's crippled daughter. The casino owner learns of the scam and attempts to get even with Doyle by threatening to kill Victor if the money is not returned. Doyle must decide whether he should save his friend or his daughter. Commercials deleted. (With Dick Powell's death in January, 1963, series title changed to "The Dick Powell Theatre.")
