The Paley Museum & Notes for Notes present:

Let the Beat Build

Students grades 9–12 bring original songs to life with industry professionals

Step into the world of music creation! The Paley Museum, in partnership with Notes for Notes, offers students in grades 9–12 a free, immersive, hands-on opportunity to work together to create, record, engineer, and produce an original song or beat using Soundtrap. Participants explore every stage of the creative process—all while working directly with industry professionals who coach them through refining, mixing, and completing a finished track by the end of the program.

Students are encouraged to bring laptops and small musical instruments if they have them, but neither is required. Space is limited to 10 participants per session to ensure a personalized, studio style experience. Participants are expected to attend all three days of their session.
