As president of NBC Universal Women and Lifestyle Entertainment Networks, Zalaznick oversees Bravo Media, Oxygen Media, iVillage, and NBC Universal's "Green is Universal" initiative. Previously, she was president of Bravo, which has received much critical acclaim and multiple Emmy Award nominations and wins under her watch. Other previous roles include president of the Universal-owned TRIO network and senior vice president of original programming and development for VH1. In 2007, she was named by Hollywood Reporter as one of the Top 100 Women in Entertainment for the fourth consecutive year.
