Farewell, Sassenach: An Outlander Celebration

Thursday, February 19, 2026
4:00 pm
The Paley Museum, 25 West 52 Street, NYC
Curator: Allison Kraft

For seven seasons, Outlander, based on the book series by Diana Gabaldon, has taken us on a whirlwind adventure spanning two centuries. When World War II nurse Claire Randall suddenly finds herself in 18th century Scotland among a band of Highlanders, she must keep her incredible time-traveling secret. But when she falls in love with Jamie Fraser, the two must face unprecedented obstacles and prove theirs is a love that truly transcends time. As we prepare for the premiere of Outlander's eighth and final season, join Paley curator Allison Kraft for a look back on seven incredible seasons, from the rolling Scottish Highlands to the forests of North Carolina in the midst of the American Revolution featuring clips from the Paley Archive.
