From Storytime to Screentime

At From Storytime to Screentime, kids and their grownups experience the magic of stories in a whole new way. Each session kicks off with a lively reading of a beloved children’s book, followed by its colorful TV adaptation on the big screen. Seeing favorite characters and adventures come alive helps kids connect with the story in exciting, memorable ways.

The fun doesn’t stop there! After the screening, families dive into creative arts, crafts, and hands-on activities inspired by the story—sparking imagination, self-expression, and plenty of smiles.

It’s reading, watching, and playing rolled into one joyful experience—only at The Paley Museum in New York and at The Paley Archive in the Beverly Hills Public Library.
