Anjali Sud
CEO, Tubi
Anjali is the CEO of Tubi, a free ad-supported streaming service. Under her tenure Tubi has scaled to over 100 million monthly active users, expanded globally and surpassed $1 billion in annual revenue. Anjali previously served as the CEO of Vimeo from 2017 to 2023, where she took the company public and led its transformation into a profitable, global video platform with 300 million users. Prior to Vimeo, Anjali held various positions in e-commerce, finance, and media at Amazon and Time Warner.
Anjali serves on the board of directors of Dolby Laboratories (NYSE: DLB), SiriusXM (Nasdaq: SIRI), and as Chair of the board of Change.org. She is a designated Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. She holds an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Anjali has been featured in Fortune's 40 under 40, The Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful Women in Entertainment, Bloomberg’s Ones to Watch, and CNBC’s Changemakers. She grew up in Flint, Michigan, and lives in New York City with her husband and two young sons.
Chris Balfe
CEO, Red Seat Ventures
Chris Balfe serves as Chief Executive Officer of Red Seat Ventures, a leading business in the creator economy that powers talent across a range of genres as they build their direct-to-consumer businesses. In his role, Mr. Balfe is responsible for overseeing the entity’s operations and its growing roster of talent partnerships.
With over 23 years of experience working with creators in the digital media space, Mr. Balfe has worked with some of the most influential creators in the world to help them launch, grow and monetize their independent media businesses and brands. He co-founded Red Seat Ventures in 2015, which Fox Corporation acquired in 2025 through the Tubi Media Group business.
Under Mr. Balfe’s leadership, Red Seat Ventures has partnered with renowned talent, including Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Bill O’Reilly, Nancy Grace, and Jillian Michaels, as well as brokered partnerships with media companies like Audiochuck from co-founder Ashley Flowers and The 33rd Team. From concept to launch, Red Seat Ventures ideates, produces and monetizes top-performing podcasts, videos, subscription platforms and live events like CrimeCon. Its podcast network ranks among the top 10 in the U.S. based on scale and reach.
Prior to Red Seat Ventures, Mr. Balfe was President & COO of Mercury Radio arts and CEO of The Blaze, where he helped pioneer their direct-to-consumer model for talent.
