David is chairman of the Board of Directors and chief executive officer of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Previously, he served as the firm’s president and chief operating officer from January 2017 to September 2018. Prior to that, he was co-head of the Investment Banking Division from July 2006 to December 2016, and earlier in his career, he was global head of the Financing Group. He joined Goldman Sachs as a partner in 1999.
David is chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hamilton College. He also serves on the boards of The Robin Hood Foundation, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the Paley Center for Media and the US Olympic & Paralympic Foundation.
David earned a BA in Political Science from Hamilton College.
Kelly O'Grady

Kelly O'Grady is co-host of CBS Saturday Morning. She also serves as an alternating co-anchor for CBS News 24/7 Mornings on CBS News 24/7, the network’s national free streaming news service.
O'Grady joined the network in 2024 as a MoneyWatch correspondent reporting on the latest economic and technology news, a role she continues today.
At CBS News, O’Grady has covered the impact of tariffs on small businesses and consumers, Federal Reserve policy and interest rate decisions, and has secured major interviews including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and leading central bank officials. Beyond business, O’Grady has reported top sports stories, covering NCAA athletes navigating NIL challenges, the new NWSL team in Boston, and the Milan Olympics, where she interviewed figure skating gold medalist Alysa Liu.
O’Grady brings a distinctive perspective to her reporting, combining journalism with deep business and operational experience. Before transitioning to news, she worked at McKinsey & Company in Boston, advising CEOs and top industry managers on their most pressing business challenges. She also developed deep expertise in finance as a member of Disney's Corporate Strategy team, helping execute multibillion-dollar M&A transactions and building the company's direct-to-consumer streaming efforts.
In addition to CBS News, O'Grady was a correspondent and fill-in anchor at Fox Business, with stints in both New York and Los Angeles. While at Fox, she focused on business, markets, and technology, reporting extensively on economic policy, the regional banking crisis and AI regulation. She also led the network's coverage of Elon Musk's Twitter takeover, the trial of former crypto king, Sam Bankman-Fried, and reported from battleground Arizona during the midterm elections. Additionally, O'Grady garnered interviews with Fortune 500 CEOs and a number of 2024 Presidential candidates, as well as hosting multiple podcasts and a cryptocurrency election special for the network.
O'Grady earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies and East Asian Studies. She received high honors for her thesis on Chinese politics and served as the president of both Harvard Women in Business and Harvard Television.
O'Grady was Miss Massachusetts USA in 2019 and is a trained Latin ballroom dancer and figure skater. She calls New York home, with her husband and French bulldog named Biggie.
