Dylan Jadeja

CEO, Riot Games

Jadeja Dylan

Dylan Jadeja is the Chief Executive Officer of Riot Games and has been a member of Riot’s executive team for more than a decade. A key architect of Riot’s exponential growth and global expansion, Dylan first joined Riot in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and added Chief Operating Officer to his duties in 2014. He was named President in 2017 and began overseeing Riot’s enterprise operations in 2022. In May 2023, Riot’s Board of Directors selected Dylan to serve as the company’s next CEO, and he officially stepped into the role in July 2023.

Since becoming CEO, Dylan has focused on deepening Riot’s investment in its core games and building a connected, meaningful ecosystem around them including esports, music, and entertainment. Under his leadership, Riot released the second and final season of Arcane in November 2024, which became the most-watched show on Netflix in over 60 countries. Earlier in his tenure, Dylan played a central role in Riot’s 2015 equity sale to Tencent Holdings, Ltd., helping position the company for its next era of growth.

Before hanging up his suit and tie to enter the world of gaming, Dylan was co-head of West Coast Consumer Retail Coverage for Goldman Sachs. His work with Goldman focused on financial transactions for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. While there, Jadeja led highly successful transactions including Lululemon’s 2007 IPO and the 2010 sale of retailer Gymboree.

Dylan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors of Best Buy, the Los Angeles Food Bank, and advises several companies in tech and consumer products.
